USAGE OF BUPRENORPHINE PRODUCTS
Subutex®, Suboxone®, Butro®, and other medications are prescribed when appropriate and can be purchased at our on-site dispensary. Documentation of previous injury or condition may be required. Existing patients may be eligible to request renewal orders using our online renewal form. An established patient-physician relationship is required to qualify a patient to obtain renewal medications.

ON SITE DISPENSARY AND ONLINE ORDERING OF MEDICATION REFILLS
CPRx does not operate a retail pharmacy. Patients have the option of purchasing their prescribed medications from our on-site dispensary. CPRx does not operate an online pharmacy. Online ordering of refills is provided to existing patients after the physician-patient relationship is established in person, at our facility, with one of our physicians, and a new medication has been ordered by the physician. All new patients must be evaluated by a physician in one of our practice locations.

HEALTH INSURANCE
Advanced Medical does not accept insurance as payment for services or medications.
Medicare, Medicaid and 3rd party health insurers are not accepted as payment for services provided by Advanced Medical. Superbills may be provided upon request to our patients. These summaries of medical services, with diagnosis and prescribed medications, shall assist the patient in attempting to obtain reimbursement.
